Prismatron: new city formats.

Without regard for the metropolitan trends, the regional Russian centers independently develop the concept of urban development of outdoor advertising and its implementation.
The tendency of the Moscow and St. Petersburg is the transition to the euro-format 2.7m x 3.7 m that is not always applicable for medium and small cities, because every one of them has individual characteristics such as the architectural appearance of the center and width of streets, urban design and advertiser preferences. These conditions motivate the city advertising association and administrations to apply individual optimal format for each city.
